XRG Engineering

ABOUT XRG Engineering is a spin-off of the University of Pretoria, incubated at TuksNovation. We are mechanical, industrial, and electrical engineers with extensive experience in data analysis and engineering algorithms. This enables us to create 4th industrial revolution solutions rapidly and affordably, with flexible funding models allow you to implement on terms most suitable to your needs. OFFERING 1. Machine condition monitoring - Monthly vibration measurements for critical equipment - Proprietary expert and AI equipment diagnostics 2. Energy management - Identify the most financially prudent energy interventions - Verify intervention effectiveness even during dynamic operating conditions - High-level maintenance, energy, water planning 3. Beyond: 4th Industrial Revolution - Internet-connected sensors monitoring anything from critical production parameters to defects to indoor air and light quality, coupled with machine learning, have been proven to be very profitable cases. - Advanced statistical analysis - Root cause analysis of failures - Best-practice data handling - Dashboards, visualization, and BI - Predictive analytics through AI BENEFITS - Lower production cost - Fewer breakdowns and lower production losses - Increased worker productivity and satisfaction - Lower resource usage - Enhanced process control: e.g. defects predicted earlier, less waste - Enhanced understanding of processes, key drivers, production variability, etc. - More accurate decision making and planning
