Privacy policy

AutomateiQ Systems (Pty) Ltd (“we”) operates FNB Directory and is the responsible party for personal information processed through it, under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Listing details you publish: business name, contact numbers, address, hours, descriptions, logo and photos. These are public.
• Messages sent through listings: the sender’s name, email, phone number and message, kept so the business can see them.
• Basic usage data: page views and clicks on listings, used to show businesses how their listing performs.

How we use it

To run the directory, publish your listings, deliver messages, send account emails (verification, password reset, reminders to keep your details current) and keep the site safe from spam.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We use service providers for hosting, file storage and email delivery, who process it on our behalf.

Your rights

You can see and correct your information in your dashboard, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete your account and listings: email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
