Based on proven and well established main-stream technologies, products from the Synapsis Lab are designed with long-term sustainability in mind, giving our customers peace of mind for many years to come, as well as a great return on investment. Our highly dedicated and very experienced team of customer relations specialists ensure that hands-on assistance is only a phone call or e-mail away when needed. Customisable service level agreements (SLA’s) ensure that service standards and responsibilities are clearly defined and transparent for all parties involved. We particularly value close, interactive, long-term relationships with our customers. We actively research their business models, as well as the markets in which our customers operate. This enables us to devise ways to assist our customers in streamlining their operations and to improve their competitiveness within their chosen markets. With this customer-centric focus deeply ingrained into our company’s DNA from day ‘1’, we consider it a great compliment, that many of our customers have chosen to be with us for well in excess of 10 years.
