SCA Construction

Santo Ciaravino, a young and able Italian with plenty of building experience came to South Africa to help build the developing country and build a better life for his family. He first joined Indibano Construction in 2000, to familiarise himself with the ways of working of his adopted country. Together they completed a number of jobs including the hospital in George, schools in the Western Cape and multiple residential projects in Pezula and Thesen Island. After 3 years he decided to follow his dream and start his own company and with that, SCA was born. At first it was composed of just 4 workers. All of which are still currently employed by SCA. In 2006 Pierfrancesco, Santo’s son, joined the business bringing a vibrant, youthful and dynamic energy to the business. SCA have continued to expand but have remained true to their vision of always delivering the best to meet and exceed customer expectation. With the continued growth and success of SCA’s construction, concrete, scaffolding and formwork sectors there was room for more growth, and it was decided in 2019 that SCA would start its own plumbing division.
