Purple Lights - Private Funeral Cortege

One of the most common ways to honor the deceased is by parading them to the place of their burial in many cultures. We did a survey over a couple of months and found that there is a need for the funeral processions to be escorted from the Memorial Service and in most of the cases we’ve seen that there are no traffic escorts available from the local traffic department. We would escort the funeral procession in an orderly manner and ensure that there is good co-ordination between all the vehicles. We can come to an arrangement that the funeral procession is lead through an area that is not busy or through a main route. We will obey all the traffic rules as stipulated. The Funeral Escort© will take place from the Church/Chapel to the cemetery/crematorium. The vehicles/motorbikes that we will look at is private individuals that has a valid driver’s license, roadworthy vehicle, South African Citizen and of neat appearance. To identify our vehicles at a funeral procession we would use purple lights & uniforms. A minimum of 2 vehicles/motorbikes will be required, identifiable by Purple Lights
