I am an ASCHP-designated holistic counsellor authorised in Salutogenic Wellbeing, focusing on fostering healthier emotional functioning and sustainable personal growth. My work centres on strengthening internal resilience, improving relational patterns, and helping clients move from emotional overwhelm toward clarity and stability. I provide structured, insight-focused counselling for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, anger difficulties, relationship conflict, relationship abuse, betrayal, burnout and major life transitions. I also offer premarital counselling, adolescent support (ages 14–18), bereavement counselling, and supportive therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals seeking a safe and respectful space.
