Hot Cherry Signature Spaces

At Hot Cherry, life is all about colour and creativity, texture and tone, beautiful pieces and inspiring interiors. We are a vibrant award-winning interior design company, offering the full range of interior design and decor services for the hospitality, corporate and residential markets. Founded by Toni-Anne van der Meulen over 12 years ago, Hot Cherry is all about rediscovering glamour and modern comfortable elegance and the thrill of creating inspiring and irresistible spaces, regardless of project size or budget. At Hot Cherry, we are great promoters of the concept of cost-effective design and we believe that a little originality goes a long way without necessarily breaking the bank or harming the planet. We strive for unique interior design solutions without compromising on quality or commitment to the design process, our ultimate aim being innovative interiors with style and character to mirror our clients’ own. 35-odd years in the design industry, including a stint as Head of Design at a leading interior design and architectural company, has enabled Toni-Anne and the Hot Cherry crew to develop a reputation for delivering impressive-yet-practical turnkey designs and uniquely inviting spaces. And we work very closely with our clients and our network of manufacturers and suppliers. Our areas of expertise include: interior design, decor and space planning; interior FF&E selection and specification; custom furniture design and manufacture; upholstery; curtains, blinds and window treatments; kitchen design, custom cabinetry and built-in-cupboards; custom carpet design and artworks. And we boast an impressive and diverse portfolio of completed projects in South Africa, Botswana, Nigeria, Namibia and Thailand. We take any project from concept to final completion - new builds, renovations and refurbishments alike - for hotels and boutique hotels, game lodges, guest houses, B&B's, corporate offices and private residences.
