Gaveric

Gaveric is a Dynamic Modern Property Development Company. We focus mainly on Residential Building Packages, Sectional Title, Low Cost Housing and Commercial Property. We have established that there is a great need for Purchasers that require assistance through the entire building process. What makes us unique, is that we cover all aspects in the building process. This includes packaging and pricing the deal to suit your needs and obtaining and assisting with finance. Purchasers are commonly unaware of the banks lending criteria. Our highly trained staff specialise in building packages and off-plan finance. We also allow flexibility in finishes and design. Most most development companies are rigid and often unhelpful. We have numerous plans to choose from. Depending on the size of the home, we also allow Purchasers designing their home from scratch. Assisting with designs is our forté. Other services INCLUDE Project Management, Procurement of Finishes and Upgrades, assisting with Property Transfers, Plan Submissions and Water and Light Connections with the Relevant Councils. All the companies associated with us are specialists in their fields: Including Mortgage Max Pro (Finance), Geoffrey Sutherns Attorneys (Legal), Triple E (Off-Plan Sales and Marketing Specialists), Conrical (Construction). We have vast experience in assisting developers with launching off-plan Developments. We assist from the outset and every project we have been involved in has turned out to be a resounding success. We are in partnership with Venture Capital Finanace Specialists that understand how to package the deals with all the Leading Banks or Alternative Forms of Finance.
