DermaRoller SA

The Derma Roller is a brilliantly simple medical device that is a gentle, non-ablative procedure for skin improvement. It stimulates the skin to grow significant amounts of new collagen. The results have been proven scientifically. The Derma Roller is a cylindrical shaped drum studded with very fine needles that is used in micro needling to break down old scar tissue & to stimulate skin cells to proliferate. This cell multiplication results in the formation of new tissue layers of elastin and collagen fibres as well as new capillaries for an improved blood supply. The procedure is called Scar Reduction Therapy (SRT) & Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT). Derma Roller Therapy is an effective skin rejuvenation treatment that creates smoother, brighter, healthier, younger looking skin and is now available direct to the public. Quality is everything as Derma Rollers can cause more harm than good if cheaply produced. Many derma rollers look the same but are worlds apart in quality. SkinX™ Derma Rollers are exclusively manufactured with embedded titanium alloy tipped needles that are distinctly selected from the finest batches to ensure quality, precision, durability and sharpness incomparable by other brands. Our needles are 70% stronger than the typical stainless steel needles used in most Derma Rollers making them last much longer, giving you outstanding value for money. We also exclusively manufacture our handles with Lexon® technology to ensure durability and strength.
