The first stage would be a client filling out a quotation application on our website. Armed with some valuable information we contact the prospective client to arrange for a one on one meeting to get a personal feel for what the client wants, the clients' personality, the background of the company, current projects and mission statement of the client. During the first phase of development we focus on planning the project with a focus on structure, project development timeframes, determining the color pallet, fonts, logo's, brand taglines etc to be used across all platforms. Phase two is designing the website according to specified needs determined during the initial meeting with the client. Phase two generates 3 proposals to be evaluated by the prospective client. Phase 3 sees the actual pixel perfect development of the website according to the design that the client felt would best suit their needs. Phase 4 is testing of all the code, scripts, links etc and during this phase the client gets to run through the projects' process flow to ensure that they are satisfied with the results.Phase 5 is Social media integration and setting up of all the marketing tools such as Google ads, Facebook ads, email, marketing and so forth.Phase 6 sees us setting up various analytical tools to ensure we collect valuable and usable data to use in future marketing strategy developments.Phase 7 is the off site SEO and initial grow stage, during this stage we ensure the client is comfortable with all the new tech at their disposal for future use
